Prof Ibrahim says that it is being said that 60 000 have been martyred by talibans including security and civilians while talibans also suffered many casualities because of military operations..but prof is forgetting that.its the issue of establishing Govt writ and even TTP is banned and the whole nation condemn but Govt made sincere efforts to talk with them and remember they are non-state actore and world practice is sate donot talk with nonstate actors
