Talks suspended not ended..says rahim ullah

Rahum ullah member govt committee says talks are suspended and deadlock continues and not yet ended ..we have to wait for the betterment of circumstances ..and this time taliban offered to talk and some factions in afghanistan may be not ready for talks otherwise attacks wouldnot have occured as it seems that they are not on same page.....shura said that they were ready to talk but they said they attacked because their people in custody were murdered but they failed to provide any detail rather it was presumptive...as confidence building measure              member of taliban committee said that taliban may release some people like gillani's son , salman taseer's son...but irrespective of all the very first thing is to announce ceasefire by taliban
